The use of antibiotics in animals is one of the most pressing threats to global health today, and the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) has been keeping an eye on it since 2015. The Organization releases a report on regional and global trends each year. The trend of antibiotic use in the field of animal health is highlighted in the eighth annual report, which was released in 2024.
